Airbus evaluates to relocate or dismiss employees

A reduction in the production of the A380 and A400 models would be the cause.

Airbus is currently analyzing the possibility of relocating or dismissing some 3,600 employees due to a decrease in the production of the A380 and A400 models.

Next March 7, the European manufacturer will be informing its intention to negotiate its plan of labor adaptation to the unions in a meeting of the European Committee that will be held in the city of Toulouse, France.

Airbus at the moment has not provided further details about its plans, although it is known that the production plants that could be affected are Seville, Spain; Bremen, Hamburg, Stade and Augsburg, Germany; and Filton, United Kingdom.
