Kaduna will be the Nigerian city that will have Ethiopian Airlines flights since August 1st.
Ethiopian Airlines will operate the route Addis Ababa-Kaduna since August 1st with three weekly flights, on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Mr. Tewolde GebreMariam, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, said: “During the temporary closure of Abuja Airport for reconstruction four months ago, we were the first foreign carrier to land at Kaduna Airport, allowing our passengers to experience ultimate comfort on-board our Boeing 787 Dreamliner.”
With the addition of the service from Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (ADD) to Kaduna International Airport (KAD), Ethiopian Airlines would be operating 23 weekly flights to Nigeria’s main cities: Abuja, Lagos, Enugu and Kano.
Thanks to this initiative, Kaduna, located in the center of the country, joins the international network of Ethiopian Airlines to improve connectivity and economic progress in the region.
