The Panamanian airline will operate four weekly flights.
On Monday, December 11, Copa Airlines began its flight service between the cities of Panama and Denver. The route between the Panama-Tocumén International Airport (PTY), located in the country of the same name, and the Denver International Airport (DEN), located in the center of the United States, will be operated with four weekly flights, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday and Saturday, all of them with Boeing 738 aircraft.
The route represents a new opportunity especially for tourism between both countries; Denver is one of the cities in the United States with the largest influx of tourists looking for ski centers at this time of year, while the city of Panama, in full economic growth, offers a lot of options in tours and cuisine.
Thanks to the wide range of destinations that Copa Airlines offers from its base in Panama, passengers from the center of the United States can now also make connections at the Panamanian airport to other cities in Central and South America.
