Thomas Cook flight evacuated, at least two passengers injured

A flight from Egypt to United Kingdom was evacuated before take off due to smoke in cabin. The Thomas Cook flight MT519 operates the route from Hurghada International Airport (HRG) to London-Gatwick International Airport (LGW) and this Tuesday, moments before take off, was evacuated after crew noticed smoke and a burning smell in the cabin. A flight from Manchester to Los Angeles was diverted back, after burning smell spread through the aircraft. Check in system failures cause delays in Manchester

Passengers of Thomas Cook Airlines flights were affected by delays due to a failure in the system of Check in. An issue with overnight maintenance would have caused a fail in the system, that caused delays of up to 3 hours on 12 flights in the Manchester Airport (MAN).
